Peace of Mind

Peace of Mind is a four-week message series exploring what God says about our mental and emotional wellbeing. In Isaiah 26:3–4, we’re told that God keeps in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast—those who lean on Him and rest their thoughts in His care. This series will honestly address realities many people face, including anxiety, worry, anger, fear, and depression, while helping us see that God deeply cares about our mental health because He deeply cares about us. His invitation is not to ignore these struggles, but to meet Him in the middle of them.

Together, we’ll discover that real peace of mind isn’t something we can construct on our own—it’s something only God can provide. At the same time, Scripture gives us practical wisdom and clear next steps that help us pursue and maintain emotional and mental health. Whether you’re personally struggling, supporting someone who is, or simply wanting to grow stronger and steadier, this series will help you learn how to rest your mind in God and experience the lasting peace He promises.
