Love God, Love People

In ‘Love God, Love People’ Pastor Scott Smith invites us to live out the two greatest commands with intention—connecting deeply with God and reaching genuinely toward others.

Pastor Scott invites us to rediscover the heartbeat of a vibrant spiritual life:

loving God passionately and people intentionally. The message dives into how this twofold focus—on vertical love (our relationship with God) and horizontal love (our relationships with others)—is essential to being the church we’re called to be.

Key Takeaways:

  • Dual Foundations: A laser-focus on God and genuine love for others are inseparable forces shaping our faith.
  • Practical Application: Through scripture and real-life anecdotes, Pastor Scott challenges us to live out both halves of this commandment in everyday situations.
  • Community Impact: When we live out this dual love, we not only grow individually but also inspire transformation within families, neighborhoods, and our larger community.
