Baptism is a beautiful next step in your faith journey — an outward expression of the inward transformation God is doing in your life. It’s a way of publicly declaring that you belong to Jesus, that your old life has been washed away, and that you’re stepping into new life with Him. Baptism doesn’t make you perfect, but it does mark a meaningful moment of obedience, surrender, and trust in what God is doing in you.
At Sonrise Church, baptism is meant to be a moment of joy, celebration, and community. You’re invited to step into the waters as a public sign of your faith, surrounded by people who know you, accept you, and are cheering you on. Whether your story feels clear or complicated, you don’t have to have everything figured out to take this step. Whenever you’re ready, we’ve saved a seat for you — show up as you are, and join us as we celebrate the new life God is bringing about together.
