Curtis Kauffman

Curtis is a follower of Jesus, husband, dad, and aspiring marine captain. He married the funniest person he knows, Renee, in 2011, and together they captain their crew of three: Sailor, River, and Navy.

Curtis has served in ministry for over 20 years and holds a B.A. in Applied Theology from California Baptist University. He currently directs Cross to Life, a discipleship program for young adults, at Pine Valley Bible Conference Center.

Whether it’s a message from the stage or over a coffee from across the table, Curtis keeps it simple: biblical truth, real stories, and real life. His goal is to help people know Jesus better and feel confident sharing Him wherever they go.

The Service Effect | John 13:1-20

This message reminds us that Jesus calls His followers to humble, sacrificial service—loving others just as He loved us. By washing even Judas’ feet, Jesus shows that true discipleship means serving without conditions. When we pick up the towel in our daily lives, we reflect His heart to the world around us.
