Kairos Prison Ministry
Kairos Prison Ministry is a powerful outreach that brings the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to men and women behind bars. Through prayer, fellowship, and spiritual support, trained volunteers from Sonrise Church join with others across Southern California to share the hope of the Gospel with those who are incarcerated. During special Kairos weekends and ongoing follow-up gatherings, participants experience healing, restoration, and a sense of Christian community—often transforming their lives from the inside out.

Church doesn’t have to be intimidating. At Sonrise, you can show up as you are, connect with people who get you, and leave knowing it was worth it.
